The villa is completely independent but not isolated, and is surrounded by 5,000 sq m. of enclosed garden, with a beautiful swimming pool just completed.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and one with two beds), the master bathroom, and the kitchen-living area, which gives access to a large veranda overlooking the garden, equipped for dining and relaxing. .
On the lower floor, a large loft (with access from both the veranda and the garden) offers 3 or 4 beds: a large double bed and a sofa bed that can be easily used as a second single bed or, when open, as a large double bed.
The large size of the loft and the arrangement of the furnishings guarantee the privacy of the various beds.
The loft also includes an independent kitchen, a sitting room with fireplace and a full bathroom (with washing machine).
"Villa Oigar" can accommodate up to 8 travelers, plus possibly a child, for whom NO additional payment will be required.
The villa is equipped with barbecue, heating and air conditioning, electric gate, irrigation system, ample parking. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun beds, umbrella, deck chairs and hot and cold shower.
